Easier Call Retrieval & More Efficient Investigations

In the past, call retrieval was often difficult and time consuming for PSAPs, command and control centers, and emergency communications centers. That’s because these organizations were often limited to channel-by-channel searches for the interactions they needed. Today, Verint’s Application Event Trigger™ virtually eliminates that limitation by attaching call-related data to interaction recordings. With Application Event Trigger, public safety organizations can retrieve calls more rapidly and intuitively and conduct investigations more easily and productively.

Available as an option with Verint® Audiolog™ and Impact 360® for Public Safety, Application Event Trigger can capture call-related information from desktop applications, such as call-taking, ICCS, CAD, and dispatch, and can capture call taker or dispatcher logon ID. Application Event Trigger can automatically initiate console screen recording and extract “call type” (police, fire, etc.) and other information taken from call handler screens.
